Job Summary

Duties
- Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Monitor patients’ health by checking vital signs and observing for any changes in condition
- Support clients with mobility using equipment like Hoyer lifts or transfer belts, ensuring safety at all times
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and laundry
- Document care activities accurately and communicate effectively with family members, healthcare professionals, and team members
Requirements
- Prior experience in home care, skilled nursing facility, or group homes is highly preferred
- Must have a TB Test
- Must have experience using the Hoyer lift
- Experience with G-tube
- Experience with Laryngectomy tube
- Knowledge of patient observation techniques, medication administration, and vital signs monitoring
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, dementia (including Alzheimer’s disease), or memory care is desirable
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and families
- Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to improve the lives of others
- Must be available to work Weekends***

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 22 – 48 per week
