We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Line Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery on a production line, ensuring products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and according to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production line equipment and machinery
- Ensure consistent product quality by performing regular inspections
- Load raw materials and remove finished products from the line
- Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain optimal performance
- Identify and report mechanical issues or production delays
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40–50 lbs
- Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred Skills
- Experience operating automated or semi-automated machinery
- Familiarity with production metrics and quality control processes
- Forklift certification (a plus, not required)
Pay: $23.00 - $27.70 per hour
