About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Master Automotive Technician who takes pride in diagnosing vehicles correctly the first time and producing high-quality repairs.
You'll play a key role in our shop by solving complex vehicle concerns, mentoring others when appropriate, and helping us continue building a reputation for excellence in our community.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a wide variety of Asian and Domestic vehicles.
- Perform advanced diagnostics on drivability, electrical, suspension, steering, engine, brake, and HVAC systems.
- Complete accurate digital vehicle inspections (DVIs).
- Clearly communicate repair recommendations with our Service Advisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Stay current with evolving automotive technology and repair procedures.
- Deliver quality repairs with pride and professionalism.
What We're Looking For
We're searching for someone who:
- Has 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
- Excels at diagnostics—not just replacing parts.
- Has experience with Asian and Domestic vehicles.
- Is proficient with modern diagnostic equipment, including an oscilloscope.
- Takes pride in fixing vehicles right the first time.
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a team.
- Holds ASE certifications (preferred, but not required for the right candidate).
- Has a valid driver's license and owns professional tools.
