Title: Sales & Enrollment Specialist – Energy Rebate Programs (Western NC)
Location: Asheville, Hendersonville, Candler
Compensation: $20/hr + commission (OTE > $100k/year)
We are a North Carolina HVAC and home performance contractor helping low-income families in manufactured and mobile homes access energy rebate programs for heat pumps and efficiency upgrades.
Responsibilities
- Visit mobile home parks and meet with owners, managers, and residents
- Explain available energy rebate programs and qualify households
- Help residents complete simple applications and gather documents
- Track leads and enrollments using spreadsheets/CRM
- Coordinate with our team to schedule assessments and installations
Qualifications
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
- Very organized with strong attention to detail
- People person who enjoys talking with residents and building trust
- Able to work well with elderly residents and those with limited English
- Reliable transportation and basic computer skills
