OPENING HEAD LIFEGUARD | CONCORD, MA
Join Our Team as a Closing Head Lifeguard! Help keep our pool safe and fun while leading the opening shift. We’re looking for a responsible and experienced lifeguard to supervise staff, enforce safety rules, and ensure a smooth closing process each day. Perfect for a strong leader with excellent communication skills and a passion for water safety! Incumbent is called upon to handle a significant number of details, each varying from the other in substance and content, and approach workload with flexibility.
Pay range: $22.00 - $30.00/hour; starting pay based on qualifications. This is an hourly, part-time position, consisting of up to 19 hours per week. Opening schedule is from 5:00 to 9:30am.
