Yampah Spa & Vapor Caves is one of Colorado's most iconic wellness destinations — home to natural geothermal vapor caves, healing treatments, and guests who come seeking genuine restoration. We're looking for a Guest Experience Host to be the operational anchor of that experience.
This is not a typical front desk role. You own the first moment — the greeting, the check-in, the phones, the system, and every transaction. You are the first face every guest sees and the last voice they hear when they leave. That is not a small thing. That is everything.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $22/hour after training (2–4 weeks paid at minimum wage)
- Average $26+/hour total with pooled tips and product commission
- Team-based retail commission tied to shared sales goals

SCHEDULE
Part-time positions available.
- Part-time: 20–30 hours per week | Evening shifts 11:30 AM / 4:00 PM / 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM
- Weekend and holiday availability required
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Greet every guest with warmth and full presence — you own the first moment
- Complete check-in start to finish: appointments, waivers, booking system, orientation
- Own all incoming calls and manage the appointment book throughout the day
- Process all transactions — services, retail, packages, gift cards, tips, and discounts
- Promote and upsell spa services and retail products authentically
- Complete the hourly checklist in collaboration with your team
- Keep the front desk and waiting area clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times
- Communicate continuously with your team to keep the guest experience flowing
WHO YOU ARE
- Previous customer service experience required — spa, hospitality, or retail is a strong plus
- Calm, precise, and grounded under pressure
- Comfortable with booking software, POS systems, and cash handling
- A natural multi-tasker who communicates clearly and warmly
- A genuine team player who shows up consistently
- Available for evenings and weekends | Spanish is a plus
