Secure Choice Marketing is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, in a professional office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person and over the phone
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks
- Manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain accurate records and data entry
- Coordinate appointments and office communications
- Learn and navigate multiple computer programs and systems
- Support agents and office staff with day-to-day operations
Qualifications:
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software programs
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
