Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Property Manager, where you’ll have the opportunity to lead a vibrant community and make a significant impact on residents’ lives. We are looking for a passionate and skilled tech-savvy Property Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise team members, and drive financial and operational success.
What You'll Do:
- Handle inbound leads, schedule and conduct unit tours, and convert prospects into residents
- Screen applicants, process applications, and execute leases
- Post rent charges and manage collections, delinquency follow-ups, and notices
- Oversee Section 8 / HCV compliance: recertifications, inspections, RFTAs, and
- HAP contracts with Miami-Dade PHCD
- Manage resident relations, maintenance coordination, and lease enforcement
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of multifamily property management experience
- Working knowledge of Section 8 / HUD compliance
- Proficiency with DoorLoop is a plus
