HC Roots is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our pediatric home health team in Auburn, GA. This position offers up to 28 hours per week with weekday evening shifts and flexible Saturday hours.

Location: Auburn, GA 30011
Pay: $50.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Saturday: Flexible hours available
- Up to 28 hours per week
About the Patient
Diagnosis:
- Cerebral Palsy
- Chronic Lung Disease
- GJ Tube Dependent
- Oxygen Dependent
Responsibilities
As the assigned Registered Nurse, you will provide one-on-one skilled nursing care, including:
- Comprehensive nursing assessments
- GJ tube management and feedings
- Oxygen therapy management
- Medication administration
- Monitoring respiratory status and overall patient condition
- Accurate electronic documentation
- Collaborating with the patient's family and healthcare team
- Following the physician's plan of care while delivering safe, compassionate care

Qualifications
- Active Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
- Pediatric nursing experience preferred
- Home health experience is a plus
- Experience with GJ tube and oxygen management preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding patient care
