We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our growing team as an Independent Contractor (1099). This is an ideal opportunity for a psychologist who values autonomy, collaboration, culturally responsive care, and meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues.

Compensation
- 60% fee split in clinician's favor
- Estimated annual earnings ranging from approximately $90,000–$150,000+, depending on caseload, payer mix, and availability
- No overhead expenses associated with maintaining your own practice

Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to adults through telehealth and/or in-person sessions
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Utilize evidence-based interventions including CBT, ACT, DBT, CPT, CBT-I, mindfulness-based approaches, and other empirically supported treatments
- Participate in consultation and team-building opportunities
- Contribute to the continued growth and mission of Opal Psychological
Qualifications
- Active California Psychologist License required
- Experience providing psychotherapy to adults
- Strong commitment to culturally responsive and identity-affirming care
- Comfortable utilizing EHR systems, telehealth platforms, Google Workspace, and practice management software
- Values collaboration, professionalism, and a supportive team environment

Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Schedule: Flexible. Clinicians may begin with a lighter caseload and grow toward a full caseload over time.
