Overview I’m looking for somebody who can work a computer system and who can work Monday through Friday 2 to 10 but we do have flexible by hours so we can work something out all day starting pays eight dollar hour for the first w and second week it will go up to 9 and up

Duties
- Greet guests warmly with friendly, professional phone etiquette and a positive attitude.
- Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently to handle inquiries, reservations, and guest requests.
- Check guests in and out swiftly, accurately processing payments and reservations while maintaining high customer service standards.
- Provide comprehensive guest services, including answering questions about hotel amenities, local attractions, and special requests.
- Maintain guest relations by resolving issues promptly and ensuring a comfortable stay for all visitors.
- Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight.
- Assist with hotel management tasks as needed, supporting overall front desk operations to enhance guest satisfaction.
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, with a strong focus on customer service excellence.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and front desk software to streamline check-in/check-out processes.
- Familiarity with guest relations strategies to foster positive experiences and repeat visits.
- Excellent phone etiquette skills combined with experience handling multi-line phone systems confidently.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
