Christy’s Towing is currently hiring 2 dependable Tow Truck Operators to join our team serving Dickson and the surrounding Middle Tennessee communities. We are a fast-paced, family-owned company looking for motivated individuals who are ready to work and grow with us.
Position Overview
This position requires weekend availability and 2nd shift hours. Applicants must be reliable, professional, and able to respond quickly to dispatch calls while providing excellent customer service.
Important: If you are not local to Dickson County, you must be able to reliably commute to the office each day for your scheduled shift.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable towing
- Clean driving record (MVR required)
- Clean background check
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required) with F endorsement
- Ability to work weekends and flexible/mid-shift hours
- Reliable transportation to and from the office daily
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills and professionalism with customers
- Age: over 21
Responsibilities
- Respond to dispatch calls in a timely manner
- Safely load, transport, and unload vehicles
- Follow company policies and safety procedures
- Complete required paperwork, photos, and documentation for each call
- Maintain cleanliness and proper operation of assigned truck
