Job Summary
Grace Animal Hospital is looking for a Veterinary Receptionist to join our growing team!
If you are an outgoing, positive, dependable person who genuinely loves people and animals, we want to meet you. Veterinary experience is helpful, but it is not required. We are more interested in finding someone with exceptional people skills, a warm personality, and a genuine commitment to providing outstanding client service.
Our receptionist is the face of our hospital and plays a critical role in creating an exceptional experience for every client and patient. You will be the first person a client sees when they walk through our doors and often the last person they see when they leave.
This role requires someone who can read the situation and meet clients where they are. A new puppy or kitten should be greeted with excitement and joy, while an older or seriously ill patient and their family may need patience, empathy, and a quieter approach. We are looking for someone who understands that every client and every visit is different. You will work closely with our veterinarians and veterinary team to ensure each visit flows smoothly and that clients feel cared for every step of the way.
