Internship Summary
As an Business Operations Intern at Feldco, you’ll dive into cross-functional operational support to the Corporate Operations team, assisting in the areas of research, process documentation, and warehouse-adjacent operations. This role serves as a foundational support to Feldco’s multiple markets, contributing to the efficiency and consistency of day-to-day business functions.
Internship Responsibilities
- Source prospective installation companies via targeted online research and outreach.
- Place introductory calls to prospective installation companies as needed to support market pipeline.
- Guide new crews through onboarding and collect all required documentation.
- Coordinate installer apparel inventory and distribution across all markets, as needed.
- Support the Installation Partner Truck Wrap Program, facilitating new wraps and semiannual reviews.
- Verify accuracy of vendor purchase orders for the Chicago-area market.
- Perform inventory control and processing to support accurate accounting and billing.
- Coordinate inbound/outbound metrics with the Facilities Manager.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of SOPs and training curriculum in collaboration with the Business Operations Manager.
- Execute process improvements through design, documentation, and training support.
- Maintain an organized, clean, safe, and professional work environment.
- Understand and support the functions of Feldco's Operations Department.
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs.
Internship Qualifications:
- Recent graduate or current student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
- Ability to thrive in both independent and team environments

- Pay Range: $17/Hr
