The Role
Inbound leads, all day. You're not cold calling, you're not prospecting — you're taking calls from people who need coverage, finding them the right PPO/U65 plan, attaching supplemental products, and closing. Customer service handles everything after the sale. You close and move to the next call.
What You Get
- $600/week draw during onboarding and ramp
- 55% commission on supplemental — critical illness, accident coverage
- 35% commission on core PPO health plans
- 20% commission on dental
- Paid every Friday
- First year earnings $85,000-$110,000

What We're Looking for
- Active health insurance license with multiple states— required
- PPO/U65 or health insurance sales experience with real production numbers you can speak to
- Strong phone presence
- Consistent producer — steady week over week, not one big week and gone
- Coachable, competitive, and ready to be in-office full time
