About the role
We're seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support enterprise finance applications, ERP workflows, and business process improvements within a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience supporting Oracle Netsuite , Ramp, ERP systems, financial workflows, and cross-functional business operations.
What you'll be doing
Finance systems support & administration
Support administration, enhancements, and integrations for finance and business systems with helping to build AI agents
Cross-functional partnership
Partner with Finance, IT to align systems with business needs
Issue resolution & access management
Troubleshoot finance system issues and resolve user access requests in a timely manner
Requirements gathering & process improvement
Gather business requirements and help deploy process improvements that drive scalability and efficiency
Manage all the sub stack and all other Financial stack - special emphasis on Ramp ,Hr systems
Accounting & Finance domain expertise
Documentation & training
Document SOPs and process flows; train end users on system functionality and updates
change management and help companies build on AI system
Assist with Oracle quarterly upgrades, regression testing, and change documentation
What we're looking for3+ years as a Business Systems Analyst supporting enterprise finance or ERP applicationsHands-on experience with (Finance modules preferred)Experience with Ramp, Navan, Avalara , Billing systems.Solid understanding of financial workflows — AP, AR, procurement, and expense managementAbility to write clear BRDs, SOPs, and process flow documentationComfortable working independently across multiple stakeholder groups in an Agile environmentAvailable to work on-site in Sanjose at least 1 /week
Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
