Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Florida Department of Health SLP license and/or valid Florida teacher certification
- Experience providing SLP services in a school setting preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEP process, assessment, and intervention strategies for diverse age groups (caseload and ages will vary by campus)
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to multiple school sites as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver screening, assessment, and direct therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to support student communication and social needs
- Maintain accurate records, prepare progress reports, and contribute to multidisciplinary meetings
- Travel between assigned campuses as part of a flexible and supportive SLP team
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws and district policies
