Citizens Savings & Loan Corporation was organized on November 24, 1917 to conduct a general loan and savings business. While the savings & loan name has been retained for over 100 years, Citizens is not a savings and loan as they are known today. Citizens is a consumer finance company with locations in East and Middle Tennessee and North Georgia. Our business is primarily the lending of money to individuals to help them meet their financial needs.
```Duties```
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve branch goals and objectives
- Oversee branch operations, including managing staff, resources, and budgets
- Monitor and analyze branch performance, including profit and loss statements
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other branches and departments to drive business development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
```Requirements```
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills
- Proficient in profit loss analysis and financial management
- Excellent leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Demonstrated success in business development and sales growth
- Project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and stakeholders
- Ability to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes accordingly

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,000.00 - $72,800.00 per year
