We are looking for an outgoing and optimistic individual to manage two small properties. These two properties are brand new construction. They are both senior apartment communities in the Kansas City, KS area. The duties include (but not limited too), oversee all the day-to-day operations, showing and leasing apartments, all aspects of customer service, posting rents, other administrative tasks, creating lease documents, leading and directing staff to achieve property goals, and more. The position is full time with full time benefits. The manager will be required to split their week between both properties. The position also requires reliability, positive attitude, task management skills, problem solving abilities, and more. Come work for a highly reputable company with over 40 years of experience.
