Duties
- Perform Detailed cleaning for a variety of spaces, including:
- Apartments and residential units – move-in/move-out, deep cleans, and turnovers
- Fraternity and sorority houses – common area cleaning, restrooms, kitchens, and high-traffic spaces
- Office and commercial spaces – daily janitorial tasks and periodic deep cleans
- Common areas – lobbies, hallways, and shared facilities in multi-unit properties
- Post-construction and renovation sites – detailed cleanup of dust, debris, and surfaces
- Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness and safety.
- Dust, wipe, and sanitize surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch areas.
- Remove trash and recycling, replacing liners as needed.
- Safely handle and store cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors about job progress, issues, or supply needs.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to safely use cleaning tools, chemicals, and equipment (training provided for specialty tools).
- Physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 20 pounds during shifts.
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
- Dependable and punctual with reliable communication.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
