School-based Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)- Anaheim, CA- 3 Positions Available
Start Date: August 5th, 2026-June 3rd, 2027
Schedule: Monday-Friday.
Pay: $32–$34/hour (based on experience), paid weekly
Location: 100% on-site in Anaheim, CA
Job Type: W-2
Position 1:
7:45am-4:00pm with waived lunch
8.25 hours/day, 41.25 hours/week
Elementary, trach/vent. Vent experience and Certification is REQUIRED
Position 2 and 3:
8:00am-4:30pm with 30 minute lunch
8 hours/day, 40 hours/week
Elementary. Gtube, Trach, Oxygen, Seizure precautions, and Diabetic Care experience required.
About the Role
Inclusive Learning Partners is hiring a committed Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) at a public school in Anaheim, CA. The school is looking for an multiple LVNs to provide either provide 1:1 assistance for a student with specific medical needs or serve as a health room nurse. They will provide basic patient care, such as taking vital signs, administering medications, and dressing wounds. They will work under the supervision of registered nurses.
Other Responsibilities May Include:
- Take vital signs, such as blood pressure and pulse
- Provide comfort and basic care
- Change bandages and dressings
- Give certain medications
- Report updates to the appropriate nursing contact
- Discuss concerns and issues
- Collect data and perform assessments
- Develop and modify nursing care plans
Ideal candidates are compassionate, team-oriented, and experienced with intensive support needs, including behavior management and personal care.
Required Qualifications
- LVN License (California State Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians)
- Experience in schools is highly preferred.
- Experience with Tracheostomy care, Gtube feedings, diabetic care, and basic first aide
- Flexible, reliable and professional.
