What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED (college experience is a plus!)
- At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience
- At least 1 year in IDD or a related social services field
- A passion for helping others and leading with kindness
REQUIREMENTS:
- 21+ years old; able to lift 50 lbs and assist with transfers.
- Strong communication, computer, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to prepare basic meals.
- Reliable transportation, valid Ohio driver’s license (≤4 points), and auto insurance.
- Background and driving record checks required; no SR‑22.
- Must obtain med‑pass certification within 90 days and complete CBTLA within 6 months.

Core Responsibilities
Client Services
- Oversee daily site operations and coordinate care with clinical and support teams.
- Supervise, coach, and evaluate staff; manage performance and reduce turnover.
- Review documentation (UIRs, BRITTCO, HRST) and assist with investigations.
- Maintain communication with families/guardians and ensure ISP compliance.
- Provide 20 hours/week of direct care.
Staff Oversight
- Approve timesheets, mileage, time off, and status changes.
- Handle call‑offs, scheduling, and staffing needs.
- Participate in hiring, discipline, and HR processes.
- Lead staff meetings and training; participate in on‑call rotation.
Home Management
- Ensure regulatory compliance, emergency preparedness, and documentation.
- Maintain safe, well‑equipped environment.
Team Communication
- Coordinate with DRS, HR, and Service Advocates on staffing, ISP updates, and site needs.
- Provide ongoing staff coaching and evaluations.
Medical
- Oversee medication administration, MAR accuracy, and med cart compliance.
Financial
- Manage client banking, budgeting, receipts, and audits.
- Oversee site budget, payroll costs, and household spending.
- Plan menus, shop within budget, and ensure accurate billing/utilization.
Compliance
- Ensure staff training completion and participate in surveys and audits.
- Maintain attendance expectations; position is fully on‑site.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
