Join our dynamic team as an In-Store Demo Representative and Brand Ambassador for Glutenull Bakery! In this energetic role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers, showcasing our healthy and delicious gluten-free and plant based products through lively demos, and creating memorable experiences that inspire health-conscious choices. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive brand awareness, foster customer loyalty, and boost sales at retail locations in Washington such as Whole Foods and PCC Community Markets.
Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to educate customers about Glutenull Bakery’s gluten-free offerings, highlighting unique features and benefits.
- Sharing photos and demo reports with Glutenull sales team
- Collect valuable data during demos and track sale for a demo report
- Demos last usually about 4 hours each
- Fuel receipts are reimbursed
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering samples, and guiding shoppers toward purchasing decisions.
- Collaborate with store staff and team members to ensure seamless execution of demos and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service, event marketing, or customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
- Strong data collection skills to accurately record customer interactions and feedback.
- Proven sales ability with a passion for promoting healthy, gluten-free and plant based products.
- Excellent communication skills for public speaking, product demos, and engaging storytelling.
- Car for travel between stores and carrying demo table and samples to and from event.
- Flexibility to work weekends
