We are currently looking for a talented Electrical Technician to support our expanding industrial manufacturing site located in Shawnee, OK. Your primary focus will be the installation, upkeep, diagnostics, and restoration of electrical infrastructure and automated control units across our plant. We need a professional who excels at PLC operations, possesses sharp electrical diagnostic abilities, and thrives while working autonomously within a high-speed manufacturing setting.
Core Duties-
Identify, fix, and service electrical hardware and industrial machinery.

Support the team by programming and repairing PLC setups along with Allen Bradley 500/5000 drive units.

Assemble, wire, and construct various electrical control panels and related controllers.

Execute proactive maintenance strategies to help keep equipment operational and reduce production interruptions.

Inspect and mend electrical motors, control systems, relays, and AC/DC drives.

Analyze and utilize engineering blueprints and electrical schematics.

Perform detailed root cause investigations to help prevent future equipment failures.

Adhere strictly to LOTO protocols and all relevant electrical safety standards to ensure a safe working environment for the entire team.

Keep precise documentation of maintenance activities and manage spare parts stock.

Collaborate with engineering and production staff to improve overall machine reliability and operational output.
Required Qualifications-
Background in industrial electrical maintenance.

Proven history of troubleshooting and programming PLCs.

Direct experience utilizing Allen Bradley drive systems and PLCs.

Proficiency in deciphering electrical drawings and schematics.

Experience in diagnosing electrical controls, drives, relays, and motors.

Solid grasp of standard industrial electrical safety protocols.

Capacity to manage tasks independently with little oversight.
Preferred Qualifications-
Background in wiring panels and fabricating controllers.

Familiarity with relay logic and voltage converters.

Prior work experience within an industrial or manufacturing facility.

Experience with continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis.
Physical Demands-
Capacity to function within an industrial manufacturing setting.
