Overview
The Taggart Family Foundation is seeking a Part-Time Youth Podcasting Program Facilitator to lead interactive podcasting and media sessions for middle school students (grades 6–8). The facilitator will help students develop communication, storytelling, and public speaking skills through hands-on audio content creation.

Duties
- Facilitate age-appropriate podcasting and storytelling workshops
- Teach fundamentals of podcast planning, recording, and audio etiquette
- Support students in developing confidence in speaking and communication
- Encourage respectful dialogue and creative expression
- Maintain a structured and engaging learning environment
- Develop interactive lesson plans aligned with program objectives
- Track attendance, participation, and program outcomes
- Collaborate with TFF staff to ensure program alignment and success
Requirements
- Background in podcasting, media production, communications, journalism, or related field
- Familiarity with audio recording tools and basic editing concepts
- Experience working with youth preferred
- Strong facilitation and public speaking skills
- Ability to engage and motivate diverse learners
- Commitment to consistent attendance and professionalism
- Experience in curriculum development or media instruction is a plus
- Ability to collect and report program participation data
