We're not looking for someone who simply pours drinks.
We're looking for someone who owns the bar.
If you're an experienced bartender who naturally attracts a crowd, creates an unforgettable guest experience, and has the personality to turn first-time guests into regulars, we want to meet you.
This is an opportunity for someone who wants to become one of the faces of one of the fastest-growing sports bars in the Lake Travis area.
Who We're Looking For
· 2+ years of bartending experience.
· Thrives in an energetic sports bar atmosphere.
· Exceptional charisma and hospitality skills.
· Builds genuine relationships with guests that keep them coming back.
· Active on social media and enjoys promoting events, specials, and brands you believe in.
· Can help generate traffic—not just serve it.
· Loves football, big games, live events, and creating an exciting atmosphere.
· Positive team player with a strong work ethic.
· Takes pride in professionalism, appearance, and maintaining a clean, organized bar.
· Dependable and shows up ready to perform.
Schedule
· Must be available to work at least 2 shifts per week.
· Evening and weekend availability strongly preferred.
What You'll Do
· Deliver outstanding guest service every shift.
· Prepare quality cocktails, beer, and wine with speed and consistency.
· Build relationships that create repeat business.
· Help promote events and specials through your social media and personal network.
· Create an atmosphere people want to return to.
· Lead behind the bar instead of waiting to be told what to do.
