We are recruiting staff whom care to give very deliberate and thoughtful attention to guests. We provide a very reputable product along with the resources needed and want your primary focus to be personable, responsible and proficient. Use our investment and deliver a consistent, outstanding experience for guests and we'll support you in every way.
Need time off, let us know in advance. Have school needs with your availability, no problem; just share and honor your work availability. Our PPA sales are strong, the menu and beverage are very respectable and the space is quite attractive and vibey.
We have a very active winter indoor patio , party and private event business and have an amazing chef that makes food and expo ideal; we don't lack for business, however we hold ourselves to a higher-than-industry standard. If this fits your value system, we should talk.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic drinks, to customers following standard recipes
- Manage and keep a CLEAN working space.
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines and responsible alcohol service
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer personalities
- Basic math skills for handling payments and verifying change
- Familiarity with operating a cash register
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Must be at least 18 years old
