Quality Leadership

Drive the overall quality discipline across engineering teams

Develop and enforce standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness

Identify, track, and report on key quality KPIs to inform decision-making and continuous improvement

Perform and document thorough risk analyses throughout the development process
Testing Strategy & Execution

Create robust, comprehensive test plans aligned with product and release goals

Perform manual and automated testing, tracking and communicating progress and results to stakeholders

Review user interfaces for consistency, usability, and functionality

Maintain an effective test case bank by documenting, organizing, and regularly updating test cases
Tooling & Automation

Lead the evaluation, implementation, and ongoing improvement of testing tools and technologies

Establish and maintain the automated testing framework

Develop and maintain automated tests to maximize coverage and efficiency

Drive innovation to streamline and modernize overall testing processes

Proven experience in software quality assurance, with demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience
