MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
General Contractor, A. Franchi Construction, is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for a 300-apartment complex located in Stoneham, MA.
You will work Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM till 4:30 PM.
You will be required to work *** On call *** every other weekend.
Candidate must have at least 4 years’ experience.
You must live within commuting distance from Stoneham, MA 02180.
You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance.
- Minor Plumbing , Electrical and HVAC knowledge.
- Assess heating and plumbing systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Perform manual repairs as needed (windows, doors, screens, locks).
- Light landscaping, Painting, Carpentry, Pest Control to be expected if needed.
- Mandatory Snow Removal required.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance as described above.
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
- Ability to handle physical workload.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Prior documented experience required.
- Candidate should be professional with tenants.
- Driver’s License is mandatory.
- A CORI background check will be processed.

This is not a remote position and required you to be on site daily.
