Role Summary
The Retail Success Associate (RSA) supports the planning, coordination, and execution of Retail Success programs across retail partners and markets. This role bridges partner strategy and field execution by organizing timelines, logistics, reporting, and resources while also supporting field execution in budtender education, and retail engagement that increases product movement and strengthens brand presence.
In addition to Retail Success operations, the RSA contributes to content creation for brand social channels by capturing and producing approved retail, product, and field-facing content that supports broader marketing and social goals.
The RSA works cross-functionally with Sales, Retail Success, and Marketing teams to ensure programs are executed consistently, documented clearly, and supported with high-quality content and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate execution of approved Retail Success Partner Plans in collaboration with the Retail Success Manager
- Schedule vendor days, in-person staff educations, retailer touchpoints, and approved activations
- Support execution of vendor days, store visits, and staff educations as needed
- Ensure merchandising, physical and digital displays, and Brand Kits are properly set up and maintained in retail locations
- Serve as field coverage support during high-volume periods, launches, or team bandwidth gaps
- Manage swag inventory, assemble Brand Kits + Gifting, and Retail Success asset fulfillment
- Maintain organized documentation for Retail Success programs, assets, and timelines
- Update Retail Success trackers, dashboards, and weekly reporting
- Track vendor days, staff educations, spiffs, Brand Kit placements, and retailer touchpoints
- Capture and consolidate retailer feedback, sales insights, and competitive observations
- Provide clear recaps and summaries to Retail Success leadership and cross-functional teams
- Support content creation for brand social channels by documenting field activity, retail moments, and product presence
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals
Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in retail operations, field marketing, coordination, or related roles
- Comfortable working both in the field and in an operational support capacity
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends for events and vendor days
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, and reporting tools
- Basic experience capturing photo/video content for social or marketing use
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in cannabis, retail, or CPG environments preferred
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
