Compensation: $24-$26/hour + performance-based bonuses for every completed application/closing ($10-$25 per application based on experience and production)
This is an excellent opportunity for a high-performing title professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Manage all aspects of the residential closing process from contract through closing.
- Review and prepare closing packages and settlement documents.
- Conduct and facilitate closings while providing exceptional customer service to buyers, sellers, lenders, Realtors, and other parties involved in the transaction.
- Prepare and return closing documentation to lenders and financial institutions.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations throughout the transaction process.
- Resolve title and closing issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate files and documentation throughout the closing process.
- Manage multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
- Prior title and escrow industry experience strongly preferred.
- Experience handling residential real estate closings.
- Knowledge of title and escrow transaction processes.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple closings in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have or be eligible to obtain state title licensing.
- Must have or be eligible to obtain a notary commission.
