We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Material Handler to join our team. The Material Handler will be responsible for safely moving, organizing, and managing materials throughout the warehouse or production facility. This position plays an important role in maintaining accurate inventory, supporting daily operations, and ensuring materials are available when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and move incoming materials and supplies
- Load and unload trucks using proper safety procedures
- Organize and store materials in designated warehouse locations
- Pick, pack, and prepare materials for shipment or production use
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or hand trucks (if required)
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Support warehouse and production teams with material movement needs
- Identify and report damaged or missing materials
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and a positive work attitude
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required
Pay: $24.40 - $29.40 per hour
