Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support to ensure comfort and dignity.
- Prepare nutritious meals and manage medication reminders in accordance with care plans.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to foster social engagement and mental well-being.
- Help with light housekeeping tasks including laundry, cleaning, and organizing to maintain a safe living environment.
- Support clients with errands such as grocery shopping, pharmacy visits, or appointments to promote independence.
- Monitor health status and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals or family members promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, activities performed, and any incidents or observations.

- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Ability to follow detailed care plans and instructions accurately.
