We are a dental office in Irvine and are looking for someone to join our team as we start our hygiene program. We want to combine excellence in our work with incredible hospitality so that we can do dentistry, differently.
Allow us to be up front with some of the possible dealbreakers: position is mainly for part time to start and Saturdays, at least 2 per month, are required. It should also be considered that this office was a start up over a year ago and the hygiene systems are a work in progress, not a mature program like you may find at established offices.
The novelty of our hygiene program is both both a positive and negative. Because this is the start, there is flexibility in being to accommodate work schedule requests as well as a say in building the systems of the program. But, as the program matures, expectations can change as we establish best practices.
Two components we can offer is EMS Airflow GBT hygiene protocol and a clear clinical philosophy backed by a renowned continuum.
