The position for which you are applying is part-time office work in the King City Highlands HOA Clubhouse office. The position provides support to the HOA and Highland Park Condominium (HPC) Boards of Directors. It also requires general office management skills (familiarity with MS Office/365 applications such as Windows and Outlook, in particular). The position requires managing confidential information. This is a non-smoking environment. Following is a summary of duties (a detailed list available upon request):
· Maintain a high degree of confidentiality, regarding HOA and resident information
· Opening the office, doing a walk-through and inspection of clubhouse
· Greeting residents and prospective buyers, and responding to questions
· Greeting new property owners, collecting information, and creating and providing new-resident information packets
· Checking and responding to phone (including answering machine), email, and mail during work hours
· General office duties, including monitoring supplies and light clerical work
· Managing clubhouse rentals, monthly calendar, and annual directory (including updates)
· Supporting HOA Board members with their responsibilities
· Providing minimal support of monthly HOA Town Hall and Boards of Directors’ meetings
· Filing a monthly timesheet
Pay: $17.50 per hour
