Lexus of Towson is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to assist our customers with all their vehicle needs. Our Ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, have the ability to multitask, as well as resolve issues in a timely manner. This position primarily work schedule is 5 day a week, every other Saturday.

Automotive Service Advisor Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, review repair history, and make appropriate service recommendations.
- Properly document repair order and obtain required signatures and authorization for repairs.
- Clearly communicates the clients' needs to technicians and management.
- Understands and ensures compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.
- Establishes and maintains good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
Automotive Service Advisor Qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be available to work Saturdays.
- Must have a minimum 3 years as an Automotive Service Advisor.
- High-end Automotive service writing experience required.
