Bay Product is seeking 2-4 full-time Regional Design Managers for its office furniture territories. As a Regional Design Manager, you will create design, oversee space planning, oversee product selections across multiple locations, and work closely with the regional sales team to fit customers' best needs and budgets. This is a remote position with up to 75% travel. Candidates should be NCIDQ certified. Experience in office furniture is preferred, but not required. Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or CET, along with specification programs such as Cap 2020 or the like is preferred. Compensation includes a salary range of $75,000-$90,000 with a full benefit package to include healthcare, dental & eye insurance, 401K with company match, and all technology tools necessary for the position. Candidates must be available for full employment by September 2026.
