Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic, experienced, and highly organized Production Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our project execution. This role is critical to ensuring jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
The ideal candidate has a positive presence, is a strong communicator, problem solver, and leader who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and is comfortable both behind the wheel and behind a desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full production lifecycle from job handoff to completion
- Schedule and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and materials
- Conduct pre-construction meetings and job site inspections
- Ensure projects meet company quality standards and customer expectations
- Maintain clear communication with homeowners throughout the project
- Monitor project timelines and adjust schedules as needed
- Resolve job site issues quickly and effectively
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building codes
- Work closely with sales and office teams for seamless project execution
Qualifications
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Must be comfortable working on the fly supporting crews, as well as at a desk
- 3+ years of experience in construction or exterior remodeling (roofing/siding preferred)
- Previous project management or production management experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient with technology (CRM systems, scheduling tools, etc.)
- Have a valid driver’s license
