We are looking for energetic, reliable, and growth-oriented baseball coaches who are passionate about athlete development and excited to be part of a collaborative coaching environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead baseball training sessions for athletes of varying ages and skill levels
- Teach hitting, throwing, fielding, movement, and athletic development concepts
- Deliver individualized feedback in both private and small group settings
- Help athletes develop confidence on and off the field
- Create a positive, energetic, and organized training environment
- Maintain professionalism and athlete safety during all sessions
- Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and fellow coaches
- Participate in ongoing coach education and staff development
Qualifications
- Baseball playing and/or coaching experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with youth athletes preferred
- Passion for teaching and athlete development
- Dependable, professional, and eager to learn
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
