The Opportunity
As a Packaging Technician you are responsible for the packaging and labelling of finished products. This role is ideal for people interested in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with various tasks to break up the day-to-day work flow. Cleanliness and organization skills are a must, while ensuring compliance with company policies, State and Mille Lacs Band regulations. The role involves working in a team environment, closely with the Production Manager, Metrc Team, and Machine Operators.
What You Get to Do
- Manufacturing Operations:
o General manual labor such as packaging, labeling, and boxing of finished goods ready for distribution.
o Assisting machine operators to feed and collect from processing systems. Not limited to flower bagging, joint rolling, vape cart filling, and edibles making.
o Daily sanitation of the workspace and stocking of packaging materials/supplies.
- Reports and Documentation:
o Ensuring appropriate labelling and segregation amongst different production batches.
o Track and report daily production counts, defects, or quality issues.
- Additional Duties as Required.

What Qualifies You
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must be able to secure a license from the Regulatory Agency
- Responsible for following all relevant Cannabis Regulations
- Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process
