Nobu Restaurant, the renowned Japanese restaurant owned by Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert DeNiro and Meir Teper is seeking an outstanding Takeout Dispatcher to join our amazing team! In this role, you will coordinate and manage all takeout orders, providing exceptional customer service and seamless communication between guests, kitchen staff, and delivery partners. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help deliver memorable dining experiences even beyond the restaurant walls. Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, accurately taking and confirming takeout orders
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders efficiently and correctly
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of takeout orders and communicate any special requests or modifications
- Manage order flow by prioritizing pickups, updating guests on wait times, and ensuring smooth handoffs to delivery drivers or guests
- Maintain clear communication with guests regarding order status, estimated pickup times, and any delays or issues
- Uphold high standards of guest relations by demonstrating hospitality, positive attitude, and attentive service during interactions
- Ensure cleanliness and organization at the dispatch station to facilitate quick access to order information and maintain a professional appearance

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
