Bluebird Staffing is seeking an experienced Architectural Job Captain for a direct hire opportunity in the Los Angeles area.
This onsite position offers the opportunity to work on innovative healthcare projects from concept through construction.
Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs for hospitals, medical offices, and healthcare facilities.
- Prepare construction documents, drawings, and project specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams.
- Ensure designs comply with healthcare building codes and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in project planning, coordination, and client meetings.
- Assist through all phases of design and construction administration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- 3+ years of architectural design experience, preferably in healthcare. multi residential , commercial, large education
- Strong proficiency with: AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Working towards being an AIA licensed Architect
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
