Job Description:
We are urgently hiring a reliable and compassionate Personal Care Aide / Caregiver to assist a participant in Boiling Springs, SC. This position is for someone who is comfortable providing hands-on care and full assistance with daily living needs.
The participant requires total assistance with mobility, transfers, bathing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care. The caregiver must also be attentive to safety, as the participant has a fall risk.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting with walking or wheelchair use
Helping with transfers
Assisting with bathing
Assisting with dressing
Assisting with toileting
Providing care for bowel and bladder incontinence
Monitoring safety and helping prevent falls
Keeping the participant clean, comfortable, and safe
Providing respectful, patient, and compassionate care
Requirements:
Must be dependable and available to start as soon as possible
Must be comfortable with hands-on personal care
Experience with transfers, bathing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care preferred
Must be patient, respectful, and safety-focused
Caregiving or home care experience is preferred
