Crosby Energy Services is seeking a dependable Fleet Mechanic – Light Duty to join our team in Pecos, or Midland TX.
This position is responsible for performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on company fleet vehicles—primarily pickup trucks and other light-duty units. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and a commitment to working safely and efficiently.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and proactive maintenance are key to keeping our fleet in top condition.

2+ years of experience in automotive, fleet, or light-duty diesel/gas vehicle repair

Familiarity with gas and diesel engine systems, brakes, suspension, and electrical diagnostics

Basic understanding of DOT compliance and inspection protocols

Valid driver's license with a good driving record

Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks

Must be safety-oriented and dependable

ASE certification a plus but not necessary
This is a full-time position based in Pecos, or Midland TX,
