Entry level position within a Cannabis Cultivation. Departments include Packaging, Trim, and Order Staging/Delivery.
Role and Responsibilities may include some or all of the following:
- Weigh and portion dried flower.
- Trim 1000+ grams daily.
- Handle dried cannabis with care and according to SOPs.
- Efficiently Package and seal portioned product into bags and jars.
- Adhere labels and stickers to retail packaging.
- Placing finished product into bags to prepare for delivery.
- Responsible for maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the packaging/trim area.
- Ensure proper procedures are followed.
- Continuous systematic cleaning and sanitizing of grow facility and machinery; dispose of waste according to strict compliance guidelines.
- Manage waste log and ensure waste is properly disposed of.
- Act in accordance with all company policies and procedures and maintain proper compliance documentation throughout all operations.
- Processes finished product to desired standards.
- Flexible and cooperative to meet changing and unexpected deadlines. This may include, but is not limited to, being willing to work overtime which may not be scheduled or anticipated in advance.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Candidate must have a Marijuana Agent Card for cultivation. Please note that obtaining a Nevada Marijuana Establishment Agent Card is required to work in the cannabis industry and does not guarantee a position within the Company.
Knowledge, skills, and experience required:
- Highly motivated, self-directed, innovative.
- Knowledge of METRC and organizational workflows.
- Able to work independently or among teams with keen judgment, common sense, and resourcefulness.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
- Basic math skills.
- Able to focus on one task for extended periods of time.
- Adapts and thrives in a demanding, start-up, fast-paced environment.
- Follow all SOPs, verbal directives, training information and policies when performing duties.
- Regular and on-time attendance.
- Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals.
- 1+ years of experience is strongly preferred.
- Cannabis industry experience preferred.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
