Preferred Background and Qualifications:
- Active or in-process Colorado Department of Education (CDE) SLP licensure
- ASHA certification preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience in pediatrics and school-based speech pathology settings
- Ability to support students with a broad spectrum of communication needs
- Commitment to a workload-based service delivery model
- Flexibility to work across multiple schools and age groups
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with communication disorders
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services in accordance with school and district policies
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to best support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and team consultations
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress monitoring
