Key Responsibilities
- Process 100+ domestic and international wire transfers per month with a high degree of accuracy
- Maintain accurate financial records and support day-to-day accounting operations
- Perform account reconciliations and assist with financial reporting activities
- Work extensively within accounting software, including QuickBooks Online
- Ensure compliance and accuracy in all financial transactions
Qualifications
- Bilingual required (English plus any language combination)
- Experience processing a high volume of domestic and international wire transfers
- Background in accounting, banking, investment banking, legal, financial services, or a similar environment strongly preferred
- Strong proficiency accounting software (i.e. QuickBooks Online)
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive financial information in a fast-paced professional environment
