Our Intensive Residential Treatment Program provides a structured, therapeutic alternative to hospitalization by offering 24-hour support, skill development, therapy, case management, medication management, and nursing services. As a Human Service Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping residents build independence, strengthen daily living skills, and work toward long-term recovery in a compassionate, team-based environment.

What You'll Do as a Human Service Worker

Provide compassionate support and supervision to program participants

Facilitate structured activities, skills groups, and daily routines

Assist with crisis intervention and maintain a safe environment

Document client interactions, progress, and observations accurately

Collaborate with therapists, supervisors, and other team members

Model positive behavior and healthy coping strategies
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
-
Valid driver's license

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to stay calm, patient, and grounded during challenging situations

Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn

Experience or education in mental/behavioral health is helpful but not required
