Accounts Payable Specialist to join their collaborative accounting team.

What You'll Be Doing-
Process subcontractor pay applications and vendor invoices accurately and timely

Review supporting documentation and ensure compliance requirements are met

Maintain payment records and update internal tracking systems

Reconcile vendor statements and resolve invoice discrepancies

Support credit card expense processing and coding
-
Coordinate with project teams and vendors regarding payment-related inquiries

Assist with project closeout documentation and financial record maintenance

Manage AP-related correspondence and document organization
What We're Looking For-
3+ years of Accounts Payable experience within the construction industry

Knowledge of construction-related sales tax requirements
-
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
-
Experience working with accounting/ERP systems

Strong communication and organizational abilities
-
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications-
Experience with Vista/Viewpoint software

Construction accounting background with subcontractor billing and compliance documentation experience
Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $67,000.00 per year
