Position Overview
As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide one-on-one care that allows our clients to maintain their independence while receiving personalized support in the comfort of their own homes. Every visit is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a lasting difference.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
- Assist with ambulation, transfers, repositioning, and mobility support
- Provide companionship and meaningful engagement
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and maintain a clean, safe home environment
- Provide medication reminders as directed by the client’s care plan
- Monitor and report changes in the client’s physical or mental condition
- Record accurate documentation of care provided
- Follow individualized care plans and agency policies
- Maintain client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Qualifications
Preferred Experience
- Home Care
- Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Home Health Aide (HHA)

- Dementia or Alzheimer’s Care
Requirements
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to safely assist clients with mobility and transfers
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Ability to work independently while following a care plan
